We are Form Theatricals, a New York-based general management company led by Anthony Francavilla and Reed Ridgley. With experience ranging from intimate Off-Off-Broadway showcases to large-scale Off-Broadway and commercial productions, we have a particular passion for developing new work from the ground up and supporting artists through every stage of the process.

It’s not hard to find a General Manager who can file paperwork, build spreadsheets, and keep a production organized. While we do all of that very well, what sets us apart is how much we care about the projects we take on and the people creating them.

We build personal relationships and work hard to create a collaborative, supportive environment where every member of the team feels valued and able to do their best work. We are very much a part of the team, making ourselves extremely accessible to artists and producers, solving problems, anticipating needs, and helping create the structure that allows everyone else to focus on making good art. We are not only competent, thorough, and proactive, but also fun, respectful, a bit humorous, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

We are not a firm where your project gets handed off to a junior manager. We work together as a team, and our clients engage directly with both of us throughout the process. We each bring different experiences, strengths, and qualifications to a production. Together, we’re able to offer a broader range of support than a single individual or a larger firm where responsibility can get casually passed down the line without much oversight.
